Apprenticeship programme
Our well-established apprenticeship programme started in 1990 and is a fantastic way of helping us to grow our future talent. We seek ambitious candidates who are ready to take ownership of their development, work hard to reach and exceed their potential, and grow with an innovative employer. An apprenticeship with us will give you the opportunity to gain practical, industry work experience as well as nationally recognised qualifications relevant to your chosen career path, all whilst earning a wage.
Throughout your apprenticeship programme, you will develop your knowledge, skills and understanding of RPL’s processes by working within a number of our key business areas, supported by our mentors. You will also work alongside a specialist learning provider (college/university) to complete your academic qualifications.

Apprenticeships We Offer
We offer a diverse range of apprenticeships, that provide hands-on experience, academic qualifications and a pathway to success. While we don’t offer every apprenticeship every year, we are constantly evolving to meet the demands of our ever-changing world and this is taken into consideration for our annual apprentice recruitment. New opportunities may arise, offering exciting prospects of aspiring professionals. We begin advertising our apprenticeship vacancies in February.
