Earlier this month, Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL) completed its 19th annual ideasUK accreditation assessment, reaffirming our long-standing commitment to innovation, development, and continuous improvement across the business.

The full-day audit reviewed all aspects of our Engagement & Recognition Programme — including Bright Ideas, Good Spots, and Value Recognition schemes — alongside our project management and continuous improvement processes. This comprehensive assessment evaluates how deeply innovation and improvement are embedded in our culture, aligning with international best practices and BS ISO 56002 standards.

Following this year’s audit, we’re proud to announce that RPL has once again achieved PLATINUM accreditation, maintaining this highest level of recognition for an incredible 17th consecutive year.

The evaluation not only recognised our consistent performance, but also praised our focus on evolving areas, reflecting how we continue to enhance our innovation systems year on year.

Transformation & Engagement Manager, Charlotte Dickerson, commented:

"To sustain Platinum-level accreditation for 17 years is a proud achievement — recognising the strength and maturity of our innovation culture. Each year, this assessment challenges us to reflect on our progress and embrace emerging ideas and technologies."

"This success belongs to everyone who contributes to our continuous improvement schemes, develops new products and services, and delivers projects that help shape the future of RPL. Thank you for your passion, creativity, and commitment to innovation.”
