RPL Employees Donate £767 to Hope House

Ricoh UK Products Ltd. (RPL) is delighted to share the community spirit of its people: In FY24, 71 employees collectively donated £767 worth of ‘awards’, earned through the company’s internal Bright Ideas and Good Spots recognition schemes, to Hope House Children's Hospices.
This powerful gesture speaks volumes about the culture nurtured at RPL—one rooted in kindness, community, and making a meaningful difference to those around us, reflective of Ricoh’s Founding Principles.
While RPL’s Engagement & Recognition Programme is designed to reward employees for their innovation and vigilance, it’s truly inspiring to see those accolades voluntarily transformed into monetary support for a cause that touches lives in such a profound way.
Hope House Children’s Hospices provide essential care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families, offering both practical help and emotional support during incredibly challenging times.
The donation from RPL employees will help ensure that this vital organisation can continue its life-changing work.
Continuous Improvement
