The leadership team needed to streamline their core system workflows to operate more efficiently whilst building a culture of Continuous Improvement with the team.
We delivered a bespoke programme which involved coaching the leadership team to map their end-to-end workflows. This helped the leadership team to develop a Continuous Improvement production system, that enabled the identification and elimination of bottlenecks within their production operations.
Production efficiency was improved by 33%, which freed up capacity to increase production in-line with our clients growth plans. The leadership team are now able to understand, at any point in the day, if they are 'winning or losing'.
