Key Personnel

Colin is the Managing Director at Ricoh UK Products Ltd and has a dual role as General Manager of Ricoh’s Ink Jet Module Business Centre Industrial Printing Business Group.  His career at Ricoh started in Engineering in 1984 and he was employed to start the Manufacturing operations.  Over the past 35 years Colin has had numerous roles within the Engineering function, which he had led since 1999.  He was appointed to Managing Director, the first non-Japanese Managing Director, almost 5 years ago to lead the company through the transformation to become a Digital Services company.

He lives with his wife in Wem, Shropshire, UK and has two sons and a daughter.

Rod is Executive Director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for Ricoh UK Products Ltd.

Rod has strategic board level responsibility for Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Business Strategy and all Manufacturing Operations. Rod qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 and joined Ricoh UK Products Ltd in 1997. As well as an accounting qualification Rod also holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Mathematics), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). Rod’s hobbies include ornithology and playing sport, especially football, squash, running and cycling; and enjoys supporting and watching Leeds United whenever he can. Rod lives in Shrewsbury with his wife.

Phil is General Manager of the Business Management Division at Ricoh UK Products Limited.

He is responsible for Business Development and Planning, Business Performance and Transformation, Continuous Improvement, IT and Supply Chain.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree, and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). He continues to work with a number of UK universities to develop content relating to the Circular Economy.

Phil has two daughters and two granddaughters upon whom he dotes and lives with his wife in Stone, Staffordshire.
